Yes. Upon successful completion of all applicable course requirements, participants receive an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification for the course completed.
No. Our classes are designed for participants with varying levels of experience, including complete beginners. Your instructor will guide you through the skills and provide opportunities for hands-on practice.
Depending on the course selected, training may include First Aid, CPR, AED use, choking response, cardiac and breathing emergencies, sudden illnesses, injuries, and other emergency-response skills for adults, children, and/or infants.
Yes! Hands-on practice is an important part of our training. Participants will have opportunities to practice applicable skills and become more comfortable responding to an emergency.

Yes. Saving Lives offers group training opportunities for businesses, schools, childcare facilities, churches, community organizations, and other groups. Contact us to discuss your organization's training needs and request group training.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. CPR skills practice may require participants to kneel, bend, and perform hands-on activities with training equipment.
Bring any information identified in your registration confirmation. We also recommend arriving ready to participate in hands-on skills practice.
Please plan to arrive on time. Certification courses include required instructional and skills components. Arriving late or missing required portions of the class may affect your ability to successfully complete the course and receive certification.
All payments are non-refundable.Refunds are not provided for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals that prevent participation, or failure to successfully complete the course requirements.Requests to reschedule may be considered at the discretion of Saving Lives and are subject to class and instructor availability.
Requests to transfer or reschedule a registration may be considered based on class availability. Please contact Saving Lives as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled class.
